I would like the implementation of multiple shares, as it isn't an option to run multiple instances due to SMB needing that port

You can have multiple shares by supplying a custom smb.conf file. Its described in the FAQ how to do that.

i have the same error as another issue, the .conf files mount as dir

Try to pull the latest image. I implemented extra checks. Normally when a file is mounted as a directory it happens when the file does not exist.
