parseArgs failing on windows, only

Thanks for docopt. On simonmichael/hledger#682 @jeevcat reports a failure that only happens on windows. Is docopt known to work on windows ? Could it be getting confused by line endings ?

@FullstackGJJ I wouldn't close this issue just yet, since the problem with docopt on Windows probably remains.
