Installing Calibre‐Web‐Companion from GitHub using Obtainium

Obtainium allows you to install and update applications directly from their release pages and receive notifications when new versions are available.

  1. Install Obtainium
  2. Open Obtainium and click on Add App:

  1. Type calibre web companion in the App Source URL field and press Search:

  1. Only select GitHubas a source:

  1. Choose doen1el/calibre-web-companion repository and press Pick.

  1. Click on Add:

  1. Click Install:

  1. In the system settings, allow Obtainium to install new packages:

  1. Hit Install:
obtainium_step_9
  1. Now the Calibre-Web-Companion is installed!

Now Organic Maps will be automatically updated as soon as new official releases are published on GitHub.
