[BUG] Navbar Buttons Not Working After Clicking "Offers"

Description:
After clicking the "Offers" button in the navigation bar, certain other buttons, including "About," "Menu," and "Review," become unresponsive and do not function as expected. This disrupts user navigation and affects overall usability.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the webpage with the navigation bar.
2. Click on the "Offers" button.
3. Attempt to click on the "About," "Menu," or "Review" buttons.

Expected Behavior:

All navbar buttons, including "About," "Menu," and "Review," should function normally and redirect the user to the respective sections/pages even after clicking the "Offers" button.

Actual Behavior:

After clicking "Offers," the "About," "Menu," and "Review" buttons become unresponsive and do not redirect the user.

Possible Cause:

There might be an issue with event handling or CSS conflicts causing the buttons to lose functionality after the "Offers" button is clicked.
