Navbar Elongation on Clicking "Orders" Button and Missing Close Button on "Offers" Bar

Description:

Clicking the "Orders" button in the navigation bar causes the navbar to become elongated, affecting the layout's consistency. Additionally, when the "Offers" bar is opened, there is no close button, making it difficult for users to dismiss the bar.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the webpage with the navigation bar.
2. Click on the "Orders" button.
3. Observe the navbar layout, noting the elongation.
4. Click on the "Offers" button to open the bar.
5. Check for a close button on the "Offers" bar.

Expected Behavior:

1. The "Orders" button should not cause the navbar to become elongated.
2. The "Offers" bar should have a close button, allowing users to dismiss it easily.

Actual Behavior:

1. Clicking the "Orders" button results in an elongated navbar.
2. The "Offers" bar lacks a close button, requiring users to reload or navigate away to close it.

Possible Cause:
The elongation may be due to CSS properties or flex settings associated with the "Orders" button or navbar.
