Filter by namespaces Option

It might be useful to add an option to deal with certain namespace(s) only, with inclusion or exclusion. For example, this suggested option would make the pagelist to show pages in a namespace and its subs only. Contrarily, the pagelist would list pages from all namespaces and omit those in specified namespace(s).

As a temporary fix, I modified the first "if" statement in function addPage($page) in file "helper.php" to the following:

if (!$id || substr($id, 0, 2) === "de") return false;

This for example will exclude all German pages under the namespace "de" in my wiki.
