Show date but not time

I have added an option to show modification date without time (ie. date only).
I have no experience with GitHub (I will look into that oversight at a later date), so I have attached the changes here if someone wants it.

Is this really useful? A page can be changed several times a day. Why do you want to omit the time?

Also, if you do not mind to change the date format for your whole wiki you can change the global config option dformat to %Y/%m/%d.
