classes with inconsistent naming


`[[xref>Doku_Renderer]] [[xref>Doku_Renderer_xhtml]] [[xref>Doku_Renderer_xhtmlsummary]]` and other classes in `inc/parser/` are not recognized, because these use still the old naming convention. 

Some other inconsistent class names are listed in the `load_autoload($name)` function.
