Wii Balance Board (RVL-WBC-01) can be supported

Tested on a M4 Mac macOS 15.

By modifying the code to allow device name "RVL-WBC-01", Wii Balance Board can be paired and connected.

Can you make a PR for this so other people can build the updated version themselves? I've tried to edit this myself but it cannot connect even with Dolphin & Wii Fit open. I've got it to pair.
