GameSettings: ImmediateXFB updates.

Added comments for the rationale of ImmediateXFB being disabled for many games.

Also disabled ImmediateXFB in:

• Lost Kingdoms (Avoids stuck black screens during FMVs.)
• Ed, Edd n Eddy (Avoids shifted screen)
• Splinter Cell Double Agent (Wii) (Avoids stuck black screens during FMVs.) (Already disabled for GC version)
• Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance (Avoids stuck black screens during FMVs.)
• Disney "Trio of Destruction" (Avoids constant black flickering.)
• Speed Racer
• Cars (Wii)
• Cars Mater-National Championship
• Sam & Max: Season One
• Epic Mickey
• Monster 4x4: World Circuit
• Scooby-Doo (Wii games)
• The Daring Game for Girls
• Pandora's Tower
• Digimon World 4
• Baroque
• Texas Hold'em Poker
• Heavy Fire: Black Arms
• Sakura Wars: So Long My Love
• Super Swing Golf 1 + 2
• Mobile Suit Gundam: MS Sensen 0079

I've run across a few games that seem to work fine with ImmedateXFB but I'll save removal of those for different PRs.
There's still ~100 more game inis that have ImmediateXFB disabled for mysterious reasons. :(

I tested a handful of games and I think Epic Mickey can be added to the "black screen flickering" list. Epic Mickey 2 didn't seem to have an issue.
