errors are not logged

When there's an error you only get the error counter, but not the detail (which is eg. displayed for warnings)

One easy way to reproduce it is putting the computer offline and running mkdocs build --strict
Debugging the code I realized that it failed because it cannot download the fonts from googleapis, but the logs does not provide any hint on what went wrong.

So the problem is that:

• weasyprint/logger.py silences its LOGGER `LOGGER.addHandler(logging.NullHandler())
• when find_stylesheets at weasyprint/css/__init__.py fails due to not getting the stylesheet (forcing no internet connection), it just calls LOGGER.error( 'Failed to load stylesheet a..
• mkdocs_to_pdf's _ErrorAndWarningCountFilter.filter gets the error record, but does not log it console. Should I create a MR to do logging.error here when filter gets an error?
