configDir support

Hello, and thanks for the library!

1. It looks like ever since PR Fix typescript 5.5 parse for configDir #179 you support the $configDir variable. However, that isn't documented in the README. Can you add it please?

2. When I use the parse function, I get strings with the literal ${configDir} value in them, which seems like a bug because I would expect them to be filled in with the real value. However, I noticed that the parseNative function does work properly in this respect. Can you clarify if only the parseNative function supports ${configDir}?

if you call parse and it does not replace $configDir that's a bug, please file including a reproduction
