Unknown error when calling startNotification() on iOS

I'm having issues after connecting to the device. The connection is successful, but when calling the startNotification() method, the error "Unknown error" appears.

I help maintain both these plugins, so figure we'll focus on capacitor-community/bluetooth-le#748 for now, as any learnings there likely apply equally here 🙂

Any chance you can run your project from XCode to see if there's any additional output logged?
