URL doesn’t update when using the in-page navigation

At larger screen widths, if you click on one of the in-page navigation items, the URL doesn’t update with the id of that section.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the community page.
2. Make your browser at least as wide as depicted in the gif below.
3. Click on “Upcoming Events & Meetups”

Expected results:

The URL hash would update to #events.

Actual results:

The URL hash doesn’t update.
