NHT: Player → Team assignment: Inline create player

Sometimes the user wants to add a player to a team but the player does not exist in the database.

• After typing a player name if: the player does not exist and the player is not already assigned to a team, the user shall be offered the opportunity to add a new player.
• There shall be a TBD method for adding the player.
