api/restaurants/undefined?

Visiting:

- http://www.place-my-order.com/restaurants/cow-shack/order

And clicking the "Order History" menu item results in a console error:

`GET http://www.place-my-order.com/api/restaurants/undefined? 500 (Internal Server Error)`

And the page fails to load.

Best guess is that this is the result of some sort of race condition between the VM, router, and template.
