use md5 over md4

Openssl3 breaks the md4 hashing, is there a way to specify using md5?

ValueError: unsupported hash type md4

Not a good solution, but worked for my use case:

1. echo "$(openssl version -d | sed 's/.*"\(.*\)"/\1/g')/openssl.cnf"
2. Edit the stated file with your favorite text editor.
3. add legacy_sect section at bottom of file (probably modify if already exists)
