Remove obsolete files and configurations from the real_estate_dbt project
- Delete .gitignore, .python-version, .user.yml, dbt_project.yml, profiles.yml, pyproject.toml, README.md, and various model and directory files to streamline the project structure. - Clean up unnecessary seed, snapshot, and test directories to enhance organization and maintainability.
