Search Improvements High Medium Do Second
Sort Options Medium Low Do Second
Accessibility High High Do Third
Performance Medium High Do Later
Advanced Features Medium High Future

🛠 Quick Implementation Notes

For Empty States:

// Create components/EmptyState.tsx
const EmptyState = ({ title, description, action }) => (
  <div className="text-center py-12">
    <h3 className="text-lg font-semibold">{title}</h3>
    <p className="text-muted-foreground">{description}</p>
    {action && <div className="mt-4">{action}</div>}
  </div>
)

For Loading Skeletons:

// Use existing Skeleton component from ui/skeleton.tsx
<Skeleton className="h-4 w-[250px]" />
<Skeleton className="h-4 w-[200px]" />

For Sort Options:

// Add to SearchAndFilter component
const sortOptions = [
  { value: 'newest', label: 'Newest' },
  { value: 'answered', label: 'Most Answered' },
  { value: 'bounty', label: 'Highest Bounty' }
]

📝 Notes for Future Development

  • Progressive Enhancement: Implement features that work without JavaScript first
  • Performance Budget: Keep bundle size under reasonable limits
  • User Testing: Validate improvements with real users
  • Analytics: Track which features are actually used
  • Documentation: Keep this document updated as features are implemented

This roadmap should be reviewed and updated regularly as the application evolves.
