Run tests / Keep the duplicate-publish-output workaround for R2R Publishing a composite R2R image writes the original and the crossgen'd assembly to the same relative path, so dropping ErrorOnDuplicatePublishOutputFiles fails the publish with NETSDK1152. The same removal was already reverted for Wasm; R2R needs it for the same reason, and Mono and NativeAot may too - nothing has exercised those yet.
