Protobuf Exception when starting

I'm seeing this type of exceptions in my AppHost Command window when starting the Aspire solution - only a couple or so.
I am not quite sure when it started but my fear is that I broke something. Any ideas what the cause might be and how to fix it?
(It's related to tracing by the looks of it)

Maybe a corporate proxy in the way?
