Developers should be able to add Playwright tests to their .NET Aspire managed system and run them easily

Describe the solution you'd like

Executing dotnet test against the AppHost project should run a suite of Playwright tests after starting the AppHost. When the test suite is completed, the AppHost should be stopped properly
