`aspire add` only supports adding hosting integrations

Describe the bug

When calling aspire add in a non-AppHost project, the tool will install only the hosting integration.

Expected Behavior

The tool should be able to detect if it is being invoked in an AppHost or non-AppHost project and insert the client integration or hosting integration appropriately.

In both the case of hosting and client integrations this would involve reading the Program.cs file and injecting the code in the right place. However, this is hugely dependent on people who structure their codebases - show we only work in the happy path and error out if we are unable to make the right edits?

We also need to consider what we would do in non-.NET projects where we don't have any client integrations necessarily.

I don't think this issue includes injecting code. It's about showing client integrations when the detected project type isn't an app host.
