Response OpenApiOperation metadata with minimal api

Describe the bug

When you set as metadata using minimal api an OpenApiOperation, it is overwritten by the one created using reflection which is very bothering using trimming features and it looses data.

Expected Behavior

When set it is just read and potentially a toggle could enable to merge reflection and custom model but minimal expected behavior would be to respect user data.

@rmannibucau Could you please explain a bit more about what you are trying to accomplish and what isn't working they way you expect? Steps to reproduce would be very helpful for diagnosing this issue.

Hi @mikekistler , I expected to pass the full OpenApiOperation using WithMetadata API and ignore any reflection and endpoint analyzis in a minimal API AOT project. This had the big advantage for me to couple the endpoint and doc without requiring the openapi extension to analyze right the endpoint. One thing it enables it to use HttpContext only parameter for example and no source generator.

However, the OpenApiOperation is overriden by the rest of the OpenAPI generation backbone (to use MethodInfo).

So idea would be to ignore reflection if OpenApiOperation is there and complete enough.
