Extend the GraphConnectorNotification plugin with checking if the token was validated

As part of handling the TAC notification for Graph connectors, the API should validate the received token. If it doesn't, we shouldn't show a warning, similarly to how we do it for checking if the call to create the external connection contains the ticket.
