Code snippet has been updated to change "PublishAsAzureSqlDatabase" to "AddAzureSqlServer", but paragraph after it hasn't

Description

The text says "The PublishAsAzureSqlDatabase method ensures..." about the preceding code sample. However, that code sample doesn't include that method call. See the "Configure the AppHost project" section.

Looking at it in my IDE - the PublishAsAzureSqlDatabase method is marked as obsolete, and says we should use AddAzureSqlServer instead. So it sounds like the code snippet has been updated, but the paragraph after it hasn't.
