WithVolume vs. WithBindMount

Description

I am trying for a while now to configure sftpgo as a docker container with a file system mounted so that we have a base path for the folders of the sftp. It seems that WithVolume creates the volume and adds it to the container, but the sftpgo service cannot create subfolders due to permission issues. The volume is mounted with root user. Also I don't really understand the difference between WithBindMount and WithVolume. I think some more examples wouldn't hurt.
