Doc on RabbitMQ's "WithManagementPlugin()" lacks documentation on authentication

Description

It's a rather obvious problem: While you can easily add the ManagementPlugin and access it, you cannot equally easily see what the expected username and password is.
Nor is there any easily obtainable information on how to get those two things you need to actually use this plugin.

And no, the "guest / guest" login from the referenced docker image does very much not work.

@Rhywden thanks for spotting this! If you call AddRabbitMQ without passing username and password parameters, the username is set to "guest" but the password is randomly generated. Instead do this, having set the username and password in appsettings.json:

var username = builder.AddParameter("username", secret: true);
var password = builder.AddParameter("password", secret: true);

var rabbitmq = builder.AddRabbitMQ("messaging", username, password)
   .WithManagementPlugin();

Actually credential parameters were covered in the article but, confusingly, lower down.

So, to fix this, PR #3121 moves the management plugin section below the parameters section, fixes the code, and adds screenshots.
