Solid arrow description discrepancy

Description

I think there is a discrepancy between the description of what a dashed arrow means versus a solid arrow, in the description of figure 5-8 they mention that the solid arrow represents a compile-time dependency but in figure 5-9 they mention that the solid arrow represents run time dependency.
