Reference to soon-to-be deprecated package Microsoft.Extensions.Http.Polly?

Description

Greetings.

This page references Microsoft.Extensions.Http.Polly. However, given what was discussed at dotnet/aspnetcore#57209 , I think this page should be rewritten to use Microsoft.Extensions.Http.Resilience instead. Or at least have a warning about the deprecation and a new page showing how to do the same thing with Microsoft.Extensions.Http.Resilience.

Hm. I agree, but at the same time that entire section of the docs follows the eBooks, so the eBook itself is outdated. (src https://github.com/dotnet-architecture/eBooks/blob/main/current/microservices/NET-Microservices-Architecture-for-Containerized-NET-Applications.pdf )

I think we should create an issue in the eBooks repo asking to update the eBook and link that new issue to this one?
