[UUF] Clarify case sensitivity

Description

"When this method returns, if the conversion succeeded, contains true if value is equal to TrueString" Would appreciate if the documentation clarified whether "equal" was referring to case-sensitive or non-case-sensitive equality. I initially assumed case-sensitive, but from my own testing, it seems to be non-case-sensitive.
