Checksum mismatch for baseos repo in CentOS Stream 10

All CentOS Stream 10 builds are failing with this error:

Repro:

1. docker run -it --rm quay.io/centos/centos:stream10
2. dnf update

The Fedora Data center is being migrated to another location today, so outages in Fedora developer-related infra (such as pagure.io) is expected: https://communityblog.fedoraproject.org/less-than-2-weeks-until-the-datacenter-move/

Maybe CentOS Stream infra is impacted too? I am looking around.

Yeah, I have confirmation that the migration (unintentionally and accidentally) affects CentOS Stream too.
