Stop publishing Alpine 3.22 images

Per the supported platforms policy, .NET images for the previous version of Alpine will published for 3 months after the new version is released.

Alpine 3.23 images are scheduled for release on 2025-12-09 (December Patch Tuesday). This means we should stop publishing Alpine 3.22 images on 2026-03-10 (March Patch Tuesday).

@robert94p please see the .NET image CVE update policy. Since CVE-2024-58251 is listed as medium/low severity (CVSS 3.1 at the time of writing), we will update Alpine 3.22 images as new Alpine base images are released.
