I tried out this agent to create .NET 11 images in this PR: #6872. Everything in the initial commit, 7db4d16, was created with no interaction at all. The prompt I used was: "Add .NET 11 images". It got most of the way there. Where it fell short was:

This PR combines three very similar repo management checklists (new-distro-release.md, new-image-release.md, and new-windows-release.md) into one document.
The new document defines a custom agent for GitHub Copilot. You can use the agent from the GitHub Copilot Chat window in VS Code or from Copilot Coding Agent on the web.
