dotnet-monitor for linux web app

My basic problem is being able to do a memory dump on a containerized dotnet app running in a linux Azure Service Plan.

With the introduction of sidecar support, it seems that it should be possible to use dotnet-monitor in this way, but some guidance would be appreciated regarding

1. Is the the best/most appropriate way of solving my issue
2. Basic configuration guide due to the differences between AKS and App Service Plans
