Missing documentation on TLS setup

Documentation Request

The auth page here: https://github.com/dotnet/dotnet-monitor/blob/main/documentation/authentication.md
has a link to https://github.com/dotnet/dotnet-monitor/blob/main/documentation/enabling-ssl.md, however that content does not exist.

The API key docs say that it should only be used with TLS, but without the TLS docs that setup can't be completed using only docs here. I think it is fine to link out to other documentation, but a dead link is discouraging.

Hello, where can I find information about how to configure dotnet-monitor running in kubernetes with https? In every example it uses http with a comment that https should be used in production. But where can I find instructions for configure it for https?

The dotnet monitor tool uses ASP.NET Kestrel web server and largely honors most of the Kestrel settings. From Configure endpoints for the ASP.NET Core Kestrel web server documentation, you can configure the default certificate via the Kestrel:Certificates:Default configuration section. You can use either JSON configuration (as shown in the documentation) in the settings.json file or you specify these values via environment variables:

• DotnetMonitor_Kestrel__Certificates__Default__Path
• DotnetMonitor_Kestrel__Certificates__Default__Password
