Why is the prediction so much slower after upgrading to version ML Fast Tree 4.0?

• .NET Version: 9.0.101

Describe the bug
the prediction is so much slower than ML V3

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. run the program in V3
2. run the same program in V4
3. the prediction speed is so much slower

Expected behavior
the prediction speed is no significant change than V3
