Add support for adding diagnostic information to crash reports using __crashreporter_info__

On desktop, it's possible to add additional information labelled "Application Specific Information" to crash reports.

Important note: this method doesn't work on iOS or tvOS.

We should look into:

• Whether we should do this (the mechanism is not documented by Apple, but it doesn't look like the method should break anything else (at most it should just stop working), unless Apple explicitly starts disallowing it).
• Which information we'd add to crash reports.
