Let me first!

After update from .NET 9 to 10, we get error about Realm
Update CommunityToolkit => make LoadingPopup error
Still fight with AOTCompile because i get build time above 400 Seconds

@raselldev If you run into problems during upgrade please create issues - we definitely want to fix those if possible.
