Reproduction Steps

1. Turn on voice over
2. Install and open ".NET MAUI" app.
3. Swipe to "My Recipes" tab and press ENTER key.
4. Swipe to "My Recipes" tab and Press ENTER key.
5. Swipe to "New" button and Press ENTER key.
6. Swipe to Review edit fields.
7. Observe that Edit box outline is not visible for Ingredients, Recipe, Review edit field.

Actual behavior:

Edit box outline is not visible for Ingredients, Recipe, Review edit field.

Expected behavior

Edit box outline should be visible for Ingredients, Recipe, Review edit field.

User Impact:

User will face difficult to find and under stated Ingredients, Recipe, Review are edit fields.

Verified this issue on VS Code 1.90.0 (8.0.70-ci.net8.24312.3 & 8.0.3) Can repro on iOS platform.
