Description

When the StackOrientation.Horizontal is set on the FlyoutFooter, the footer does not display on iOS devices. However, when the StackOrientation is removed , the footer is displayed correctly. This issue occurs only on iOS platform.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run the Sample HeaderFooterShellFlyoutSample.zip
2. Open the Flyout tap "Toggle Header/Footer View.
3. Observed that footer was not appeared in IOS platform.

Expected Behavior:
The footer should be displayed on iOS regardless of the StackOrientation.
Actual Behavior:
The footer is not shown on iOS when the StackOrientation.Horizontal is set on the FlyoutFooter. Removing this setting resolves the issue, and the footer is displayed.
