Environment Details:

Application Name: .NET 9 template tests that include some 3rd party controls
iOS Version: 18.2
Screen reader: Voiceover

Repro Steps:

1. Turn on Voiceover and Install and open ".NET 9 template" app.
2. "Home Screen" will open.
3. Swipe till radio options present under 'Tasks' heading.
4. Observe that Voiceover is not announcing the associated label along with the radio option.

Actual Result:

The labels are not properly linked to the radio buttons under 'Tasks', as Voiceover is not announcing the corresponding label with each radio option.

Expected Result:

The labels should be properly linked to the radio buttons under 'Tasks' also Voiceover should be announcing the corresponding label with each radio option.

User Impact:

Users who rely on screen reader won't be able to understand the purpose of each radio option if label is not being announced along with it.

I have verified the issue. The issue is partially fixed as the voiceover now announces the label, but it does not provide any information about the radio buttons or their roles.
