Description

The footer on the right is too far away from the monkey, and the monkey items on the page are not arranged neatly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy https://devdiv.visualstudio.com/Pkgs/_git/VS.TestAssets.Xaml?path=/Assets/Projects/ManualMauiTests to iOS/Maccatalyst.
2. Click on category 'I' for 'CollectionView'.
3. Click or tap on test 'I8 Headers and Footers'.
4. Click or tap on 'View header and footer' for 'Horizontal grid'.
5. Observe this page and scroll to the far right to observe the footer.

Actual result:
Some views are not aligned vertically, and the right footer is too far away.

Expected result:
Each view is aligned horizontally and vertically, and the header and footer are at the same horizontal distance from the view.

Is this a regression from previous behavior?

Not a regression. It can also be reproduced on 9.0.30 & 9.0.0 & 9.0.0-preview.1.9973 & 8.0.100, & 8.0.3.
