Description

In the previous version of Net MAUI (Net 8) the HideSoftInputOnTapped was working well but now with 9.0.21 version the keyboard is not hiding when the user taps outside the keyboard.

Steps to Reproduce

1 - Create a ContentPage with a Entry
2 - Set the HideSoftInputOnTapped="True"
3 - Tap in entry so that the keyboard appears
4 - Tap outside the keyboar

Error: The keyboard doesnt dissappears

Expected: The keyboard hides
