I6 Grouping - 'Grouping for Vertical list without DataTemplates' page loading exception

Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy https://devdiv.visualstudio.com/Pkgs/_git/VS.TestAssets.Xaml?path=/Assets/Projects/ManualMauiTests to Windows.
2. Navigate to 'I CollectionView' -> 'I6 Grouping'->'Grouping for Vertical list without DataTemplates'.
3. Check page display

Actual Behavior:
No animal category and name loaded

Expected Behavior:
The test passes if display the names of all animals in order by animal category.

Is this a regression from previous behavior?

Not a regression, The issue also repro on 8.0.61&8.0.60& 8.0.40 & 8.0.20 & 8.0.3
