[iOS] TabbedPage BarTextColor not applied to unselected tabs

Description

When using a TabbedPage in .NET MAUI on iOS, the BarTextColor property is not applied to unselected tabs. The color is only reflected on the selected tab. This behavior works as expected on iOS 26.0, but is not applied on iOS 26.2.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run the app on iOS 26.2 TabbedPageIssue.zip
2. Notice the text color on the TabbedPage.

This issue has been validated in Visual Studio Code 1.112.0 with .NET MAUI versions 10.0.0 and 10.0.50. It was reproducible on iOS 26.2 platform.

Note: This issue was not reproduced on iOS 26.0 platform.

A fix for this has been submitted in #34688. The root cause is that iOS 26's liquid glass tab bar compositing pipeline ignores UITabBarAppearance Normal state and UnselectedItemTintColor for visual rendering. The fix bypasses the tint pipeline entirely by using pre-colored images with AlwaysOriginal rendering mode, which bakes the color into the image pixel data.
