Description

Issue18896Test fails with a 5.74% screenshot diff concentrated in the bottom navigation bar area. This is the same root cause as #34586 — the Material3 MaxItemCount change from 5 to 6 on net11.0. PR #34601 fixes 16 other affected snapshots but missed this one.

Resolution

Update the Issue18896Test.png baseline in PR #34601 or a follow-up PR.

Pattern validated with Test-KnownIssuePattern.ps1: PASS
