[.NET 10] Increasing gap in the bottom while scrolling.

Description

The gap in the bottom of the emulator increases while scrolling.

Affected Test Cases:

• K1 - Check the performance of CollectionView with a large number of items
• C2 - RefreshView with CollectionView child.
• C4 - RefreshColor is displayed correctly.
• C5 - Refresh command is executed correctly.
• C6 - RefreshView is disabled correctly.
• D Editor page

Notes:

1. This is similar to this closed bug but we can't re-open this issue so we're creating a new one.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy ManualMaui to android.
2. Navigate to D - Editor
3. Scroll down and you'd see that the gap at the bottom increases.

Actual Behavior:
The gap in the bottom of the emulator increases while scrolling.

Expected Behavior:
The gap at the bottom should not change as you scroll down.

Is this a regression from previous behavior?

Yes, this is a regression. This issue does not reproduce on 10.0.50-ci.inflight.26165.6, 10.0.50 & 10.0.40.

This issue has been validated in Visual Studio Code 1.113.0 with .NET MAUI versions 10.0.50, 10.0.60-ci.inflight.26173.4 & 10.0.60-ci.inflight.26174.4. It was reproducible from 10.0.60-ci.inflight.26173.4 on Android platform.
