Description
The gap in the bottom of the emulator increases while scrolling.
Affected Test Cases:
- K1 - Check the performance of CollectionView with a large number of items
- C2 - RefreshView with CollectionView child.
- C4 - RefreshColor is displayed correctly.
- C5 - Refresh command is executed correctly.
- C6 - RefreshView is disabled correctly.
- D Editor page
Notes:
- This is similar to this closed bug but we can't re-open this issue so we're creating a new one.
Steps to Reproduce
- Deploy ManualMaui to android.
- Navigate to D - Editor
- Scroll down and you'd see that the gap at the bottom increases.
Actual Behavior:
The gap in the bottom of the emulator increases while scrolling.
Expected Behavior:
The gap at the bottom should not change as you scroll down.

Is this a regression from previous behavior?
Yes, this is a regression. This issue does not reproduce on 10.0.50-ci.inflight.26165.6, 10.0.50 & 10.0.40.
