[PerfStar] Bug - CI number should be unique #11491
Description
The CI number was considered unique when we had only one pipeline. However, now that we have two pipelines, we might encounter the same pipeline number for different runs. As a result, tests from two separate runs could be mistakenly associated as if they occurred in the same run in the report.
