Pipeline support for new iOS benchmarks

Scenarios + Work:

• BDN benchmarking app - Is this expected for iOS?
• Memory Consumption
  • Get the basic script for local proof of concept working
  • Integrate basic script into the performance runner.py with additional functionality/setup stuff
  • Setup output parsing and passing into the report generator
  • Flow the data into the table storage and setup PowerBI/Dashboards
• Battery Consumption
  • Figure out best approach for "disconnecting" android devices will still being able to communicate (Being tracked here: Pipeline support for new Android benchmarks #2834)
